Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation; Compliance Filing

August 16, 1994.
    Take notice that on August 12, 1994, Texas Eastern Transmission 
Corporation (Texas Eastern) tendered for filing additional information 
required by the Commission in its July 29, 1994, orders in Docket No. 
TM94-4-17-001 and Docket No. TM94-5-17-000, which consist of Texas 
Eastern's February 1, 1994, and August 1, 1994, Electric Power Cost 
tracker filings, respectively.
    Texas Eastern states that copies of its filing have been served on 
all firm customers of Texas Eastern and current interruptible shippers 
and interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed 
on or before August 23, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this 
filing are on a file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection in the Public Reference Room.
