Williams Natural Gas Company; Notice of Rescheduled Informal 
Settlement Conference

August 16, 1995.
    Take notice that the informal conference previously scheduled in 
this proceeding for Thursday, August 31, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., for the 
purpose of exploring the possible settlement of the above-referenced 
docket, is rescheduled for September 7, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. The 
conference will be held at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 810 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426.
    Any party, as defined by 18 CFR 385.102(c), or any participant, as 
defined by 18 CFR 385.102(b), is invited to attend. Persons wishing to 
become a party must move to intervene and receive intervenor status 
pursuant to the Commission's Regulations (18 CFR 385.214).
