Description of Request: The licensee seeks authorization to permit the construction of non-project docks for the temporary mooring of twenty watercraft for lake access to a proposed restaurant. The location of the restaurant is 3348 U.S. Highway 378, Leesville, South Carolina, 29070. The proposed docks would consist of (2) ten slip, 75-foot long by 100-foot wide commercial docks, spaced 200 feet apart along the shoreline. The permittee has obtained necessary permits from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.
