Merger of Approved Trustee

    Notice is hereby given that The Connecticut National Bank and Trust 
Company, N.A., Hartford, Connecticut, merged with and into the State 
Street Bank and Trust Company, 750 Main Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 
under the name of State Street Bank and Trust Company as the surviving 
corporation in the merger.
