Notice is hereby given that on August 12, 1994, the Deputy
Assistant Director, Corporate Activities Division, Office of Thrift
Supervision, or her designee, acting pursuant to delegated authority,
approved the application of Bridgeville Savings Bank, F.S.B.,
Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, convert to the stock form of organization.
