    Proclaiming Certain Lands as Reservation for the Pueblo of Acoma 
    Indian Tribe

    ACTION: Notice of Reservation Proclamation.

    SUMMARY: The Assistant Secretary--Indian Affairs proclaimed 291.84 
    acres, more or less, as an addition to the reservation of the Pueblo of 
    Acoma Indian Tribe of New Mexico on August 11, 1995. This notice is 
    published in the exercise of authority delegated by the Secretary of 
    the Interior to the Assistant Secretary--Indian Affairs by 209 DM 8.3A.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: A proclamation was issued on August 11, 
    1995, according to the Act of June 18, 1934 (48 Stat. 986; 25 U.S.C. 
    467), for the tracts of land described below. The land was proclaimed 
    to be an addition to and part of the Pueblo of Acoma Indian Reservation 
    for the exclusive use of Indians on that reservation who are entitled 
    to reside at the reservation by enrollment or tribal membership.
    
    Cibola County, New Mexico
    
        Lots 3 and 4 and the South half of the Northwest quarter (S\1/
    2\NW\1/4\) of Section 4, Township 8 North, Range 9 West, New Mexico 
    Principal Meridian, Cibola County, New Mexico, containing 131.84 
    acres, more or less,
            and
        The West half of the Northwest quarter (W\1/2\NW\1/4\) and the 
    West half of the Southwest quarter (W\1/2\SW\1/4\) of Section 28, 
    Township 9 North, Range 9 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian, 
    Cibola County, New Mexico, containing 160 acres, more or less.
    
        Title to the land described above is conveyed subject to any valid 
    existing easements for public roads, highways, public utilities, 
    pipelines, and any other valid easements or rights-of-way now on 
    record.
