AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule; denial.

SUMMARY: The Commission declines to amend the TV Table of Allotments to 
permit a proposed station and community of license swap between two TV 
permittees in Florida. The swap was originally proposed by the 
Commission at 58 FR 46152 (Sept. 1, 1993).
