        Containing 40.00 acres.

The land is not required for Federal purposes. Lease or conveyance

use the land for open space and recreation. The land will be conveyed
without monetary consideration to the City of Florence, Oregon, to be
managed for this purpose. The application of the Citizens for Florence
    will be denied.
The patent, when issued, will be subject to valid existing rights,
the provisions of the Recreation and Public Purposes Act and all
applicable regulations of the Secretary of the Interior and will

        2. All minerals, together with the right to prospect for, mine and
remove such deposits under applicable law and such regulations as the
Secretary of the Interior may prescribe.
The above described land is segregated by Public Land Order 6963
