August 18, 1998.
Take notice that on August 13, 1998, pursuant to 18 CFR 154.7 and
154.203, and in compliance with the Commission's July 29, 1998, letter
order (the July 29 order) in Docket No. RP98-264-000, Overthrust

[[Page 45056]]
Second Revised Sheet Nos. 37A, 78A, and 78B to First Revised Volume No.
1-A of its FERC Gas Tariff (Overthrust's tariff).
Overthrust states that the Commission stated in the July 29 order
that Overthrust (1) failed to add GISB Standard 2.4.6 to its list of
incorporated standards and (2) did not delete Standard 4.3.4 from this
list. Overthrust states that as required by, and in compliance with,
the July 29 order, Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 78A has been
revised by adding Standard 2.4.6--Version 1.2 to Section 29.4 while
Standard 4.3.4--Version 1.0 has been deleted from Substitute Second
Revised Sheet No. 78B.
Overthrust further explains that Section 4.5(a) on Substitute
Second Revised Sheet No. 37A has been revised, as directed by the
Commission, by adding the phrase ``to the public'' after the word
``accessible.'' This sentence, it is stated, now reads: Documents will
be accessible to the public over the public Internet using commercially
available web browsers, without imposition of a password or other
access requirement.
Overthrust states that a copy of this filing has been served upon
its customers, the Public Service Commission of Utah and the Public
Service Commission of Wyoming.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, D.C. 20426, in
accordance with Rules 385.211 and 385.214 of the Commission's Rules of
Practice and Procedure. All such motions or protests must be filed as
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Persons that are already parties to this proceeding
need not file a motion to intervene in this matter. Any person wishing
to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public
inspection.
Linwood A. Watson, Jr.,
Acting Secretary.
