Algonquin LNG, Inc.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
Tariff

August 18, 1994.
    Take notice that on August 15, 1994, Algonquin LNG, Inc. (Algonquin 
LNG) submitted for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised 
Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets effective September 
14, 1994:

    Algonquin LNG states that the purpose of this filing is to comply 
with Ordering Paragraph C of the Commission's July 29, 1994, order in 
this docket. The Commission directed Algonquin LNG to file tariff 
sheets that implement the change from an electronic bulletin board to a 
telephone bulletin board. Algonquin LNG has also revised its service 
request form to remove certain categories of required information, 
pursuant to the Commission's clarification in Order No. 566.
    Algonquin also states that copies of its filing were mailed to all 
parties to the above captioned docket, all authorized holders of 
Algonquin's tariff, and interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such protests should 
be filed on or before August 25, 1994. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
