Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Rights in 
Technical Data

AGENCY: Department of Defense.

ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: This document extends the public comment period for the 
proposed rule on Rights in Technical Data that the Department of 
Defense had published on June 20, 1994 (59 FR 31584).

DATES: Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted in writing to 
the address shown below on or before September 9, 1994, to be 
considered in the formulation of a final rule.
