Williams Natural Gas Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC 
Gas Tariff

August 21, 1995.
    Take notice that on August 17, 1995, Williams Natural Gas Company 
(WNG) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second 
Revised Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet Nos. 300-303. The proposed 
effective date of these tariff sheets is September 17, 1995.
    WNG states that the purpose for the instant filing is to reflect 
WNG's third right of first refusal process held in compliance with 
Commission order issued May 16, 1995 in Docket No. RP95-208.
    WNG states that a copy of its filing was served on all participants 
listed on the service lists maintained by the Commission in the dockets 
referenced above and on all jurisdictional customers and interested 
state commissions.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 or 385.214 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should 
be filed on or before August 28, 1995. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any 
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. 
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
