[Declaration of Disaster Loan Area #2800; Amendment #1]


Florida; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    The above numbered declaration is hereby amended to include 
Sarasota County and the contiguous Counties of Charlotte, DeSoto, and 
Manatee in the State of Florida which constitute a disaster area as a 
result of damages caused by flooding that occurred on July 18.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date 
for filing applications for physical damage is September 25, 1995, and 
for applications for economic injury the deadline is April 25, 1996.

59008).
