AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 261A to Cedar Key, Florida, in
response to a petition filed by Jeffrey Mark Tillery See 64 FR 12922,
March 16, 1999. The coordinates for Channel 261A at Cedar Key are 29-
08-12 NL and 83-02-06 WL. With this action, this proceeding is
terminated. A filing window for Channel 261A at Cedar Key will not be
opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for
this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
