    SUMMARY: In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 
    et seq.), this notice announces that the Information Collection Request 
    (ICR) abstracted below has been forwarded to the Office of Management 
    and Budget (OMB) for review and comment. The ICR describes the nature 
    of the information collection and its expected

    cost and burden; it includes the actual data collection instrument.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
        Title: Office of Science and Technology Policy Evaluation of 
    Performance as Required Under the Government Performance and Results 
    Act.
        Abstract: This notice describes a survey that will be conducted by 
    the President's Committee of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) 
    to evaluate the performance of the Office of Science and Technology 
    Policy (OSTP), as required under the Government Performance Results Act 
    (GPRA).
        Respondents/Affected Entities: The public; state and federal 
    government.
        Estimated number of respondents: 200.
        Estimated Total Annual Burden on Respondents: 100 hours.
        Frequency of Collection: Yearly.

    the information collection, including suggestions for reducing the
