Intent To Grant an Exclusive License to Stevens Institute of
Technology
AGENCY: Department of the Army, DoD.
ACTION: Notice of Intent.

SUMMARY: In compliance with 37 CFR 404 et seq., the Department of the
Army hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to Stevens Institute of
Technology, an educational institution having its principle place of
business at Castle Point on Hudson, Hoboken, NJ 07030, an exclusive
license relative to patent applications concerning a jointly developed
and jointly owned technology. The specific applications are PCT
Application No. PCT/US99/02158 and provisional U.S. Patent Application
S/W 60/073403; entitled ``Methods and Apparatus for Detecting Lesion-
Induced Resonances in Deoxyribonucleic Acid Via Millimeter or
Submillimeter Wave Spectroscopy''. Anyone wishing to object to the
granting of this license has 60 days from the date of this notice to
file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any.
