SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for the State of Missouri (FEMA-3267-EM), dated July 21, 2006, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of an emergency declaration for the State of Missouri is hereby amended to include the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of July 21, 2006:

Oregon County for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A and B) under the Public Assistance program.
