E9-20361. Agenda and Notice of a Public Meeting of the State Advisory Committee Chairs of the Southern Region of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a meeting of the State Advisory Committee Chairs of the Southern Region of the Commission will convene on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 1 p.m. and adjourn at approximately 7 p.m. at Atlanta Marriott Marquis, 265 Peachtree Center Ave., Atlanta, Georgia. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a region wide fact-finding activity for 2010.

Members of the public are entitled to submit written comments. The comments must be received in the regional office by October 9, 2009.
