Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline, L.L.C.; Notice of Meeting

August 20, 1996.
    On August 26, 1996, the Office of Pipeline Regulation staff will 
meet at the request of Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline, L.L.C. 
(Maritimes), with Maritimes for a pre-filing conference regarding the 
proposed Maritimes and Northeast Phase II Pipeline Project. The 
proposed project would be located between Wells, Maine, and the 
Canadian border.
    The meeting will occur at 2:00 p.m., at the Commission's 
headquarters, 888 First Street NE, Washington, DC, in Room 3M-3.
