Columbia Gulf Transmission Company; Notice of Technical 
Conference

August 21, 1996.
    In the Commission's order issued July 31, 1996, the Commission held 
that the filing in the above captioned proceeding raises issues that 
should be addressed in a technical conference.
    Take notice that the technical conference will be held on Tuesday, 
September 10, 1996, at 10:00 a.m., and if necessary Wednesday, 
September 11 1996 at 10:00 a.m., in a room to be designated at the 
offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, 
NE., Washington, DC 20426. All interested parties and Staff are 
permitted to attend.
