Correction

    In notice document 96-20069 beginning on page 41179 in the issue of 
Wednesday, August 7, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 41180, in the first column, in the second paragraph, in the 
fifth and sixth lines from the bottom, ``September 6, 1995'' should 
read ``September 6, 1996''.
