CNG Transmission Corporation; Notice of Site Visit

August 20, 1999.
    On August 31, 1999, the Office of Pipeline Regulation staff will 
conduct a site visit of proposed and constructed facilities with 
representatives of CNG Transmission Corporation, of the Tiogo Expansion 
Project in Tioga County, Pennsylvania.
    All interested parties may attend. Those planning to attend must 
provide their own transportation.
