Withdrawal of Application; Foreign-Trade Zone 198--Volusia 
County, Florida; Request for Manufacturing Authority, Capo, Inc. 
(Sunglasses/Reading Glasses)

    Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application 
submitted by the County of Volusia, Florida, grantee of FTZ 198, 
requesting authority on behalf of Capo, Inc., to manufacture 
sunglasses/reading glasses (HTS #9004.10) under FTZ procedures. The 
application was formally filed on October 9, 1996 (61 FR 54765, 10/22/
96).
    The withdrawal was requested by the applicant because of changed 
circumstances, and the case has been closed without prejudice.
