Extension of Deadline

ACTION: Notice of extension to the deadline for the Congress-Bundestag 
Youth Exchange program.

SUMMARY: Due to the Agency's interest in providing opportunities for a 
broad range of organizations to apply for grants, the deadline for the 
Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange program has

been extended from September 17, 1999 to October 4, 1999.
