Take notice that on August 14, 2003, East Tennessee Natural Gas Company (East Tennessee) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, Second Sub Original Sheet No. 13, to be effective November 3, 2003.

East Tennessee states that the purpose of this filing is to clarify tariff language contained in its June 23, 2003 compliance filing in the captioned dockets in response to customer comments.

East Tennessee states that copies of its filing have been mailed to all affected customers and interested state commissions, as well as to all parties on the official service lists compiled by the Secretary of the Commission in these proceedings.
