information provided by letter dated January 10, 1994, for proposed
amendment to Facility Operating License NPF-49 for the Millstone

licensee withdrew the proposed amendment.
For further details with respect to this action, see the
application for amendment dated November 24, 1993, as supplemented
January 10, 1994, and the licensee's letter dated August 1, 1994, which
withdrew the application for license amendment. The above documents are
available for public inspection at the Commission's Public Document
Room, The Gelman Building, 2120 L Street, NW., Washington, DC 20555,
