    ACTION: Proposed rule; denial.

    SUMMARY: The Commission denies the request of Atlantic Broadcasting 
    Co., Inc., to delete Channel 287A from Fair Bluff, North Carolina, 
    since interests in its use were expressed. The Commission also denied 
    the request to change the channels's existing transmitter site 
    restriction. See 60 FR 19561, April 19,

    1995. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
