to select eligible projects, and reports are necessary to track the
progress and results of funded research.

provisions of the Act.

industry as required by the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and
Management Act and the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management
Plan.

auditing the facility and its records to determine the facility's
maintenance of its plan.
