class of security under Section 12(g) or a notice of suspension of duty 
to file reports pursuant to Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities 
Exchange Act of 1934. Form 15 is filed by an estimated 1,096 filers 
annually for a total burden of 1,644 hours.
