Title: Imposition of Special Measure against Banco Delta Asia.

Abstract: Title 31 CFR 1010.655 imposes special measures against Banco Delta Asia, including its subsidiaries Delta Asia Credit Limited and Delta Asia Insurance Limited, as a financial institution of primary money laundering concern pursuant to the authority contained in 31 U.S.C. 5318A. The regulations require covered financial institutions to establish, document, and maintain programs as an aid in protecting and securing the U.S. financial system.
