The Department of Defense has submitted to OMB for clearance, the following proposal for collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

Responses per Respondent: 1.

Annual Responses: 200.

Average Burden per Response: 30 minutes.

Annual Burden Hours: 100.

Needs And Uses: Respondents are high school officials who provide information about their school. The completed application is used to determine the eligibility of the school to host an Air Force JROTC (AFJROTC) unit. Failure to submit the application renders the school ineligible for consideration to host an AFJROTC unit. Require the collection of specific information on prospective AFJROTC instructors.
