    Respondents: Individuals or households, state or local governments, 
    non-profit institutions, and businesses or other for-profit (including 
    small businesses)
    Frequency of Response: On occasion reporting requirement or other: 
    every 10 years
    Estimated Annual Burden: 50,000 responses; .166 hours average burden 
    per response; 8,300 hours total annual burden
    Needs and Uses: FCC Form 405-S is used to renew a license authorization 
    when there are no changes or only certain minor changes to 
    administrative data. Data is used to update the existing database and 
    to issue renewed licenses. [Previously this information was collected 
    under FCC Form 405-B].
