Types and Quantities of Agricultural Commodities Available for
Donation Overseas Under Section 416(b) of the Agricultural Act of 1949,
as Amended, in Fiscal Year 1994
AGENCY: Office of the Secretary.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This Notice sets forth the determination that the quantity of
nonfat dry milk made available for donation overseas under section
416(b) of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, during fiscal year
1994 is reduced to 1,500 metric tons.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: It has previously been determined that
60,000 metric tons of butter/butteroil and 10,000 metric tons of nonfat
dry milk were available for donation under section 416(b) of the
Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, during fiscal year 1994.
On December 30, 1993, it was determined that 100,000 metric tons of
corn and 30,000 metric tons of sorghum may be made available for
donation under section 416(b) during fiscal year 1994. The purpose of
this Notice is to inform the public that the previous determination
regarding the quantity of nonfat dry milk available for donation under
section 416(b) of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, during
fiscal year 1994 is reduced to 1,500 metric tons.
Determination
Accordingly, a total of 130,000 metric tons of grain and 61,500
metric tons of dairy products may be made available for donation
overseas under section 416(b) of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as
amended in fiscal year 1994. The total kinds and quantities of
commodities that may be made available for donation are as follows:
