State of California

    Trinity County and the contiguous counties of Humboldt, Mendocino, 
Shasta, Siskiyou, and Tehama in the State of California constitute a 
disaster area as a result of damages caused by a wildfire that occurred 
on July 2, 1999. Applications for loans for physical damage as a result 
of this disaster may be filed until the close of business on September 
23, 1999 and for economic injury until the close of business on April 
24, 2000 at the address listed below or other locally announced 
locations:
