SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of North Dakota, FEMA-1334-DR, dated June 27, 2000, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster for the State of North Dakota is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of June 27, 2000:

Benson and Ramsey Counties for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance).

Barnes, Burleigh, Burke, Cavalier, Dickey, Emmons, LaMoure, Logan, Morton, Mountrail, Oliver, Pembina, Richland, Renville, Rolette, Sargent, Steele, Stutsman, Towner, and Ward Counties for Individual Assistance.

Burleigh, Pembina, Richland, Renville, Rolette, and Sargent Counties for Public Assistance.
