Incident: Severe winter storm and snowstorm.

Incident Period: 01/18/2010 through 01/22/2010.

Effective Date: 07/27/2010.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/27/2010.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/27/2011.
