    AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
    
    ACTION: Notice of prospective patent license.

    SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Alan Neuman Productions, Inc., 
    of Los Angeles, California, has requested an exclusive license to 
    practice the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent Application 
    No. 08/298, 699, NASA Case No. MSC-22,360-1 entitled ``Absorbent Pads 
    for Containment, Neutralization and Clean-Up of Spills Containing 
    Chemically Reactive Agents,'' which was filed on August 31, 1994, by 
    the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the 
    National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Written objections to 
    the prospective grant of a license should be sent to Mr. Hardie R. 
    Barr, Patent Attorney, NASA Johnson Space Center.
    
    DATES: Responses to this Notice must be received by October 30, 1995.
