That directive concerns imports of certain cotton, wool, man-made fiber, silk blend and other vegetable fiber textiles and textile products, produced or manufactured in Taiwan and exported during the twelve-month period which began on January 1, 2000 and extends through December 31, 2000.

    Effective on August 31, 2000, you are directed to adjust the current limits for the following categories, as provided for under the terms of the current bilateral textile agreement:
