    SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 295A to Kasilof, Alaska, as that 
    community's first local aural transmission service, in response to a 
    petition for rule making filed on behalf of William Glynn (RM-8444). 
    See 59 FR 34404, July 5, 1994. Additionally, Channel 229C2 is allotted 
    to Anchorage, Alaska, to provide an additional FM service to that 
    community, in response to a counterproposal filed on behalf of 
    Christian Broadcasting, Inc. (RM-8512). Coordinates used for Channel 
    295A at Kasilof are 60-20-15 and 151-16-20. Coordinates used for 
    Channel 229C2 at Anchorage are 61-04-02 and 149-44-36. Additionally, 
    applications for Channel 229C2 at Anchorage must conform with the 
    technical requirements of Section 73.1030(c)(1)-(5) of the Rules 
    regarding protection to the Commission's monitoring station at that 
    community. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
    
    DATES: Effective October 10, 1995. The window period for filing 
    applications will open on October 10, 1995, and close on November 13, 
    1995.
