AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 242C1 to Billings, Montana, in
response to a petition filed by Conway Broadcasting. See 60 FR 26402,
May 17, 1995. Channel 242C1 can be allotted to Billings without a site
restriction at coordinates 45-46-58 and 108-30-13. With this action,
this proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective October 10, 1995. The window period for filing
applications will open on October 10, 1995, and close on November 13,
1995.
