    The Commission hereby gives notice of the filing of the following 
agreement(s) under the Shipping Act of 1984. Interested parties can

parties may submit comments on an agreement to the Secretary, Federal

    Title: NYSA-ILA Master Contract Agreement.

    Synopsis: The proposed amendment sets the assessment of container 
royalties paid to the Carrier-ILA Container Freight Station Trust Fund.
