    SUMMARY: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this 
    notice announces the Small Business Administration's intentions to 
    request approval on a new, and/or currently approved information 
    collection.
    
    DATES: Submit comments on or before November 1, 1999.

        Description of Respondents: Business located in communities 
    participating in the Federal Emergency Management Agency's ``Project 
    Impact'' and may only be used for mitigation measures against disasters 
    identified as high risk by the participating Project Impact Community.
        Annual Responses: 2,500.
        Annual Burden: 7,500.
