AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Minnesota (FEMA-1283-DR), dated July 28, 1999, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: August 2, 1999.
