Take notice that on August 17, 2007, Florida Gas Transmission Company, LLC (FGT) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1, 2nd Substitute Original Sheet No. 206A, with an effective date of May 1, 2007.

FGT states that the filing is being made in compliance with the Commission's Letter Order dated August 2, 2007 in the subject docket.

FGT states that copies of the filing were served on parties on the official service list in the above-captioned proceeding.

Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests to this filing will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
