Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation; Report of Refunds

July 29, 1994.
    Take notice that on February 10, 1994, Columbia Gas Transmission 
Corporation (Columbia) tendered for filing a refund report pertaining 
to the flowthrough of Order No. 94 refunds.
    Columbia states that it is filing the refund report pursuant to a 
Commission order on rehearing dated January 12, 1994, which rejected a 
settlement between Columbia and Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company 
related to Order No. 94 and directed Columbia to refund amounts 
collected, with interest.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with 385.211 of the 
Commission's Regulations. All such protests should be filed on or 
before August 5, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are 
on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
