Fresh and Chilled Atlantic Salmon From Norway; Termination of
Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration,
Department of Commerce.
ACTION: Notice of termination of antidumping duty administrative
review.

SUMMARY: On May 15, 1995, the Department of Commerce (the Department)
published in the Federal Register (60 FR 25886) the notice of
initiation of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order
on fresh and chilled Atlantic salmon from Norway. This review has now
been terminated as a result of the withdrawal by the respondent of its
request for the review.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
On April 28, 1995, Skaarfish Group A/S requested an administrative
review of the antidumping duty order on fresh and chilled Atlantic
salmon from Norway for the period April 1, 1994 through March 31, 1995,
pursuant to 19 CFR 353.22(a)(2) (1994). On May 15, 1995, the Department
published in the Federal Register (60 FR 25886) the notice of
initiation of that administrative review.
Skaarfish Group AS timely withdrew its request for a review on July
21, 1995, pursuant to 19 CFR 353.22(a)(5). As a result, the Department
has terminated the review.
This notice is published in accordance with section 751 of the
Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1675) and 19 CFR
353.22(a)(5).
