AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule; correction.

comments are to be filed on a proposed rule published in the Federal 
Register on July 24, 1998, regarding Biennial Review of International 
Common Carrier Regulations.

DATES: Comments are due on or before August 13, 1998; and reply 
comments are due on or before August 28. Written comments by the public 
on the proposed information collections are due September 22, 1998.
