Correction

    In rule document 99-16833 beginning on page 35928 in the issue of 
Friday, July 2, 1999, make the following correction:
    On page 35929, in the third column, in ``3. Labeling and 
Packaging'', in the ninth line, after ``packaged before January 3, 
2000'' insert ``that have Schedule II labeling may be distributed until 
April 3, 2000.''
