Wisconsin Electric requests an effective date of July 24, 1996 and
waiver of the Commission's notice requirements to allow for economic

Take notice that the Request for Waiver of Citizens Utilities
Company for the Arizona Electric Division (Request for Waiver), which
was filed by Citizens Utilities Company as part of its Order No. 888
compliance filing in OA96-184-000, is now being separately docketed as
OA96-216-000. Because the Request for Waiver was previously noticed as
part of Docket No. OA96-184-000, and a comment period established, this
notice of redocketing will not establish a new comment period. Motions
to intervene or protests concerning Docket No. OA96-216-000 still
should be filed on or before August 8, 1996, as was established for
Docket No. OA96-184-000 in the Notice of Filings Made Pursuant to Order
Nos. 888 and 889, issued July 19, 1996.
