ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Russell
L. Lindley, proposing the allotment of Channel 261A to Lufkin, Texas.
The channel can be allotted to Lufkin at coordinates 31-16-13 and 94-
43-50. There is a site restriction 8.5 kilometers (5.3 miles) south of
the community.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before September 21, 1998, and
reply comments on or before October 6, 1998.

of Proposed Rule Making, MM Docket No. 98-135, adopted July 22, 1998,

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply
to this proceeding.
